Gas Heaters - Forced Air

Mabre carries a Renewable Energy lineup of "High Efficiency Forced Air heaters from small to large heating demands. With over 50 years of experience in manufacturing gas heating units, and spread in over 50 countries, makes Mabre a reliable heating choice.

Gas forced air heaters are used in projects where moving air is beneficial like drying systems and in indoor environments like greenhouses and livestock barns. With fuel efficiencies of 90% along with high volume VFD blowers, makes these systems and cost effective.

Types of Forced Air Gas Heaters

  • 91% efficiency
  • Natural gas or propane
  • In-direct fired (chimney required)
  • Stainless steel combustion chamber and exchanger
  • Stainless shell
  • Riello burner
  • Centrifugal variable speed blower for "ducted system" or axial fan for "non-ducted"
  • Large air capacity
  • Fresh air make-up (optional) Fresh air makeup is an economical option to get the most optimum environment achievable. This will help "fine tune" the grow environment. This motorized louvre is operated by the greenhouse controller to achieve optimum temp, humidity, and fresh air inlet options. This louvre is located on the return air side of the ductwork. This allows outside fresh air to enter the return side of the heater to warm up over the heater exchanger before entering the greenhouse. This will help keep temperatures in the grow consistent. The louvre can also be used when indoor humidity is high, allowing dry outside air in while the ventilation is exhausting humid greenhouse air.
